Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
If you have not received your tracking information within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us at contact@modnuk.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@modnuk.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different dates.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the United States generally will not incur additional customs duties or import fees.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country's regulations.
Delivery Delays
Although we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
